Pro Bono Australia’s Jobs Board has experienced significant growth in the past year – doubling its website traffic and attracting 9000 new subscribers to its weekly bulletin.
Pro Bono Australia Sales and Marketing Director Janine Kewming said there had been a preference swing towards a socially-conscious working life.
“Trends are showing that recruiters are looking for values-driven job seekers wanting to share their knowledge and expertise in the Not for Profit sector, which provides the ideal outlet to put their skills to a good cause,” she said.
According to Pro Bono Australia Marketing and Communications Manager Chris Roberts, subscriber numbers have jumped from 14,000 subscribers in 2012 to 23,000 subscribers receiving the Jobs Bulletin every week.
