Compassion Australia is headquartered in Newcastle and has offices across Australia. We are open to receiving applications Australia-wide for this position. This role is permanent full-time and will be performed in a hybrid arrangement. Alternate work arrangements may be discussed for the right candidate. Salary packaging is available to increase take-home pay.

About the Role 
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who has strong analytical skills, proven lead-generation experience and is passionate about releasing children from poverty in Jesus’ name. The role is required to gather, analyse, create, and inform marketing approaches that support Compassion Australia’s strategy through digital and multi-channel methods.
  
The successful applicant will possess the following: 

  • Well-developed experience in developing digital marketing strategies by researching economic indicators, tracking user experiences and engagement preferences, identifying audiences’ (customer) current and future needs, and monitoring market competitors. 
  • Experience in tracking, monitoring, and optimising the performance of keywords, content, and target audience engagement.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in distributing, maintaining, and enhancing social media presence in alignment with the organisation’s brand 
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities to measure the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals and brand target indicators (ROI and KPIs). 
  • Plan and develop lead generation tools via digital experiences and platforms. 
  • Identify areas of opportunity to grow campaigns and performance.
  • Well-developed skills in Adobe creative suite, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Sprout Social, Advertising Studio, Interaction Studio, and Mobile Studio
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI, Data Studio, and Google Analytics 
  • Qualifications in a Degree in Marketing or Digital Communications, or other relevant discipline (Essential) 
  • Verbal and written communication skills in Tagalog or Mandarin language (Desirable but not essential)
