Drug Foundation Announces New Executive

Partnership strategist Robin Penty has been appointed as Head of Development, Marketing and Communications to the Australian Drug Foundation’s Executive Management Team.
Armed with experience in the Not for Profit, arts, education and tertiary sectors, Penty was National Manager, Strategic Partnerships at The Smith Family prior to joining Australian Drug Foundation.
CEO John Rogerson said he was looking forward to Robin’s creativity and analytical contribution to the future of the Australian Drug Foundation and helping to change Australia’s drinking culture.
“Robin brings with her a wide breadth of experience and skills,” Rogerson said. “I’m looking forward to working with Robin as she leads some exciting big projects around development of our brand, future partnerships and strategic direction.”
Penty has also held the position as Head of Participation and Public Programs at the Arts Centre Melbourne, where she oversaw the restructure and expansion of an arts participation team.
Her leadership at the Arts Centre was recognised four times by the Victorian Government, and her work in partnerships won her national awards from Australian Business & the Arts Foundation, Australian Writer’s Guild and the Australia Council for the Arts.
