Key Responsibility
To manage our relationships with schools and oversee the successful execution of workshops

Duties
• Develop and maintain relationships with a variety of different types of schools, universities and community organisations
• Prepare and execute the strategy for the schools team in accordance with the organisation strategy
• Communicate with school staff to secure workshop bookings
• Coordinate with the operations team to deliver successful workshops in schools
• Manage volunteers within the relationships team, including regular check-ins
• Attend executive meetings and contribute to the overall leadership and strategy of the organisation

Skills Required
We are looking for someone who:
• Is deeply passionate about the primary prevention of sexual assault
• Has a background or a keen interest in education
• Understands the critical issues associated with sexual violence such as gender inequality, consent and entitlement
• Takes initiative and is driven to complete objectives with minimum supervision
• Has strong leadership skills
• Is organised and able to balance this role with other commitments

Time Commitment
Around 2-3 hours a week. The role is flexible, but will require you to be available during school hours at times to correspond and meet with schools.
The successful applicant will be expected to commit to the role for a year.
