Take new people coming into your organisation as a chance to refresh your own job. While your new colleagues are going through their on-boarding process, you can map out a plan of “re-onboarding” yourself as well.
Drawing up a playbook designed to help you excel in your job will open your eyes to new opportunities and hopefully reinvigorate your passion for your job.
Start afresh
An influx of new faces in your organisation is also an opportunity to make cultural or structural changes to your team and organisation. An established team of people makes it hard to bring in new ideas or make changes sometimes, so use this gap to put forward your ideas to management and make it a fresh start for everyone!
