Podcast: Using your imagination and being in the driver's seat
6 October 2020 at 8:00 am

In the final episode of this series of Leading Generous Teams, we speak to Rhian Miller from AIME

Being imaginative and having fun is an important part of looking after your mental wellbeing, Rhian Miller from Australian Indigenous Mentoring Experience (AIME) says.

Miller explains what it takes to balance empathy, drive and resilience on the latest episode of Leading Generous Teams, the podcast collaboration between Pro Bono News and Clare Desira (Top Five Movement).

This week, Desira and Miller discuss what it takes to lead a global team, and the importance of getting in the driver’s seat and having fun.

Later in the episode, Desira introduces the idea of having a personal advisory board to support your mindset, and reflects on reframing mental health services as a proactive support, not just something we access in crisis.
