Podcast: COVID-19 turns charity CEO into ‘chief morale officer’

Jane Hill explains the difficulties of monitoring staff mental health while being physically distant on the latest episode of Leading Generous Teams, the podcast collaboration between Pro Bono News and Clare Desira (Top Five Movement).

This week, Desira and Hill discuss the impact of coronavirus on Ovarian Cancer Australia (OCA) staff and the people the charity supports.

Hill describes how she has become “chief morale officer” for OCA and outlines how she is supporting her team’s mindset and resilience.

Later in the episode, Desira reflects on the importance of cultivating a strategic perspective to mindset and living in the moment.
