Pro Bono Australia Launches 2019 Salary Survey
8 November 2018 at 8:00 am
For the seventh consecutive year Pro Bono Australia is calling on not-for-profit executives and managers to take part in the sector’s largest benchmarking salary survey.
Launching in partnership with HLB Mann Judd, HESTA and Beveridge Consulting, the survey provides vital benchmarking data for key roles in the sector, salary levels for CEOs, executive and manager remuneration comparisons, professional development trends and sector remuneration policies.
Karen Mahlab AM, Pro Bono Australia founder and CEO, said the salary survey has become a trusted piece of the social sector infrastructure which helps guide boards, management and individuals who want to be paid fairly.
“We are calling again for the not-for-profit sector to participate in this seven-minute salary survey,” Mahlab said.
“The survey is the largest and most comprehensive remuneration report of its kind, providing extensive and practical information on selecting appropriate benchmarks and building a remuneration framework for Australia’s not-for-profit sector.”
She thanked past participants who trusted Pro Bono with their trusted information, and encouraged those who hadn’t done the survey to take a few minutes to fill it out.
“It’s for our common benefit,” she said.
The 2019 survey will deliver an in-depth comparative analysis of growth within the sector, and offer insights around employee engagement and workplace benefits, including salary sacrificing and superannuation contributions.
Kim Kelloway, the head of clients and markets at specialised NFP advisers HLB Mann Judd, said the organisation was proud to partner with the survey for the fifth consecutive year.
HLB Mann Judd joins national industry super fund HESTA – which has more than 860,000 members and $60 billion in assets – as a partner to help deliver the survey.
Beveridge Consulting, which works with organisations to drive business results through workshops, remuneration consulting and candidate assessment, will again provide the rigorous survey analysis and compilation.
Those who complete the survey will receive 50 per cent off the survey once it’s released, and will also go in the draw to receive $500 – which Pro Bono Australia will donate to the charity of their choice.
The salary survey results will be published in April 2019, with all responses kept strictly confidential.
The survey can be completed here.
I didn’t contribute to the survey, however, can I purchase a copy? Since the results were published in April 2019, I’m assuming they are available for purchase. Please advise.
