2017 FIA Fundraising Awards Finalists Announced

The Fundraising Institute Australia (FIA) has announced the finalists and state winners in the 2017 awards for excellence in fundraising with four contenders in the major special events category.
The Asylum Seeker Resource Centre is in the running for its ASRC Telethon on World Refugee Day (Vic) along with Act for Peace’s Ration Challenge (NSW), Cure Brain Cancer Foundation’s Charlie’s Million$Mission (NSW) and the Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation’s Racing to Success fundraising events (Vic).
The FIA judges agreed that this year’s submissions were of a particularly high standard and the competition was tight across a number of categories.
The winners for all the awards will be announced at FIA’s Awards Dinner on the Gold Coast as part of its 40th annual conference in February 2017.
