Not for Profit welfare organisation, Jewish Care Victoria, has won an international award for its latest capital fundraising campaign video.
Its campaign video, titled Growing. For Our Community, has won a gold award at the Horizon Interactive Awards in the Promotional Video category.
The campaign aims to fund six major redevelopment projects over 10 year as part of a $180 million capital investment for the Jewish community of Victoria.
The US Horizon Interactive Awards is described as one of the most prestigious awards in the field of interactive and creative media. The competition recognises, promotes and awards the best websites, videos, online advertising, print media and mobile applications.
Jewish Care said each year the awards receive thousands of entries from over 40 countries worldwide.
“Those entries are narrowed down to the “best of the best” to be recognised and promoted on an international stage for their excellence,” Marketing and Communications Manager at Jewish Care, Ayal Tusia, said.
“Filming this video was a huge team effort that involved our volunteers, residents, clients, staff and community members.
“We are thrilled to have received this recognition,” he said.
“The Capital Campaign is the most extensive investment campaign in Australian Jewish history.
Never before have we seen plans for aged and community care, disability services and community housing on such a scale that will nourish and sustain our future generations.”
The team that produced the video was Melbourne based Creativa Web Videos.
