NFP Professionals Unite for AuSAE Leaders Symposium

The complex world of Not for Profit leadership will be the key topic of discussion at the premier event for Australian sector leaders in Sydney next month.

Under the 2014 theme “Game On: Leadership in Motion”, the Symposium will bring together the nation’s most knowledgeable executives and practitioners who will share insights, tools and motivation to inspire delegates to achieve their goals and advance Australasian Not for profit organisations.

The 2014 Leadership Symposium has an exciting line up of keynote speakers including:
Dr Jason Fox. Fox is a motivation strategy & design expert on an epic quest to liberate the world from poorly designed processes and work.
Fox will show delegates how to use motivation science and game design to influence behaviour and build for the future of work.
Cheryl Kernot is the former leader of the Australian Democrats and the current Director of the Graduate Certificate in Social Impact and Social Business Fellow at the Centre for Social Impact will be reflecting on lessons learnt on her journey to leadership excellence.
Mark McCrindle will be sharing unique insights on cultivating a positive organisational culture in a multi-generational workplace. McCrindle will consider leadership styles, workplace priorities and communication preferences of the different generations and provide strategies to better connect and communicate in today’s changing times.
Additionally the Symposium will include over 20 educational sessions on topics such as Advocacy, Leadership practices, Board performance, Membership and organisational sustainability.
