Pro Bono Australia is Finalist in Internet Awards

Pro Bono Australia has been named in the list of finalists who have contributed to the use and development of the Internet in Australia and New Zealand in the 2014 ANZIA Awards.

Pro Bono Australia is one of 28 finalists in the 2014 ANZIAs (Australia and New Zealand Internet Awards) featuring in the information category.

The ANZIAs recognise organisations, Not for Profits, businesses and individuals who excel in delivering accessible, innovative, informative and secure resources to a diverse and wide community, on the Internet – both in Australia and New Zealand.

This year the awards include a number of Not for Profits in the finalists.

The awards are a collaboration between .au Domain Administration Ltd (www.auda.org.au) and InternetNZ (www.internetnz.net.nz).

The ANZIA finalists are:

  • Cultural Infusion
  • CAAMA Radio
  • Deaf Services Queensland
  • University of Wollongong and Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District – project funded by Cancer Institute NSW

  • Ziln Ltd
  • MyJointPain.org.au – Arthritis Australia in partnership with Bupa Health Foundation
  • Deaf Services Queensland

  • Policy Online (APO)
  • ReachOut.com by Inspire Foundation

Winners will be announced 25 August, at a gala awards dinner at Crown, Melbourne.
