6 June 2013 at 11:04 am
The largest gathering of Association and Not for Profit professionals in Australia will take place on 16 and 17 July at the 8th Annual Associations Forum National Conference at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Over the course of the conference, delegates will be given the opportunity to take away new ideas from industry experts, meet over 50 NFP sector suppliers showcasing leading edge products and services and network with over 300 fellow association and charity executives.
This year’s conference will close with a debate on the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission (ACNC). The Chair of the ACNC, Robert Fitzgerald, will be up against Kevin Andrews, Shadow Minister for Families, Housing and Human Services, who will present the Coalition’s approach to the sector.
The conference aims to promote best practice by providing informative and practical educational sessions on topics ranging from governance and management issues to communications and technology.
Participants will also have the opportunity to hear first-hand case studies from associations leading the way in their respective industries as well as stories of success and organisation turnaround.
Whether you are new to the sector or simply looking for ways to do your job better, you will benefit from attending the Associations Forum National Conference in 2013.
