Australian Not for Profit, Charities Aid Foundation (CAF), has appointed Lisa Grinham as its new chief executive to oversee its Australian and New Zealand operations.

CAF chair, Cynthia Nadai, said in a statement that Grinham has been instrumental in guiding the organisation through a period of change establishing it as a key Not for Profit committed to increasing corporate and private giving.

“Lisa’s extensive corporate and Not for Profit background positions her ideally to further develop CAF’s business in the coming years. In Australia and New Zealand, CAF has distributed donations of over $100 million during the last 10 years, however, we would like to see that figure doubled in the coming years and believe Lisa is the person to make this happen,” Nadai said.

Grinham, who joined CAF in 2010, previously worked in marketing and general management roles in the corporate sector with 3M, Optus and Aussie Home Loans before establishing Sense Marketing where clients included a cross section of corporates, SMEs and Not for Profits.

She is also Chairperson of Daystar Foundation, a charity delivering in-school education programs in South West Sydney.

CAF also acknowledged the contribution outgoing chief executive Don Willesee who worked with CAF for more than five years, first as a consultant prior to joining the organisation in 2009.

CAF is a Not for Profit working with businesses, individuals, families and charities developing effective charitable giving strategies and managing donor funds.
