Perpetual's Funding Changes

Perpetual Trustees has changed its funding approach to offer a single annual funding round.
Rachel Kerry, Perpetual’s Grant & Research Manager says after careful review of its current service arrangements it has changed the frequency of funding rounds from twice a year to a single, annual funding round, closing on 31 March.
Kerry says the reasons for this decision are to provide a more strategic and well developed application process for both applicants and trustees.
Perpetual says the outcomes will provide closer involvement with the Not for Profit sector, including industry bodies, charities and other foundations, a capacity to provide larger funds to a single project, improved follow-up and support of projects funded by trusts managed by Perpetual and an ability to source more appropriate applications for specific trusts.
Kerry says Perpetual will be making some amendments to its guidelines to reflect the changes that will be introduced as a result of the annual funding round such as the capacity for larger gifts and a more stringent follow up process.
