eGive - The Donation Solution - Advertorial
7 June 2004 at 1:06 pm
$100,000 has been raised for 15 small non-profits, as eGive celebrates its first anniversary as an electronic portal, with the majority raised in the last few months since the release of a range of additional services.
The most recent innovation is the e-newsletter sales function developed with Australian Prospect (see www.australianprospect.com.au) that allows organisations to sell e-newsletters online for as little as $0.60 per article subscription.
eGive has seen a 32% average increase in donations, for its client organisations, month-on-month since its inception as a manual system three years ago. Since becoming an entirely electronic system, 12 months ago, growth has been 187%, from $2785 monthly in distributions to over $8000 now.
eGive provides a solution for community groups who want the traditional credit card facility and/or e-commerce site, and for those who want a comprehensive package of financial, administrative and campaign tools. New and upgraded features are added regularly.
Packages start at $5 per month for the online database and a credit card facility and range up to $50 per month for the “all services” package which includes recurrent credit card and direct debits, as well as membership and e-commerce services.
The service is automated from sign-up by the organisation, to provision of transaction receipts. Queries are answered through personal contact by email or phone. Every module includes an on-line database which, privacy laws permitting, retain the details of donors and can be viewed online from wherever a staff member or volunteer is based. Services provided include:
– One off or recurrent credit card donations
– Recurrent direct debit donations
– E-commerce and memberships (sell your goods or membership services online)
– On-line database (included with all modules)
– Fax action facility
– Web sub-domains and email addresses
– E-newsletter (plus optional sales function)
All the modules except the fax action and newsletter sales tools can be viewed at http://www.egive.org.au/defaultOrg.asp and clicking on the View a demonstration of eGive button and then following the links. For further information email info@eGive.org.au or call 1 300 72 02 05.
