Are you a dynamic financial leader with a passion for making a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities? All About Living, a distinguished provider of Aged Home Care Services and Disability Support, is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the compassionate team. As the CFO, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to their cherished clients.

All About Living is a leading organization dedicated to providing personalised and high-quality Aged Home Care Services and Disability Support to individuals in need. Their mission is to promote independence, dignity, and well-being while offering comprehensive care solutions for clients and their families. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, they have established themselves as a trusted partner in the Aged Care and Disability support community.
As the CFO of All About Living, you will be an integral part of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of operations.

Responsibilities includes:

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with the organization’s mission and objectives. Collaborating with the CEO and other stakeholders to drive sustainable growth and long-term financial success.
  • Leading the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate and insightful financial reports to support decision-making. Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and proactively address financial challenges.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve cost efficiency and enhance revenue generation while maintaining the highest standards of care and service delivery.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements in the Aged Care and Disability sectors.
  • Identifying and mitigating financial risks, implementing robust internal controls to safeguard the organization’s assets and financial well-being.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a capable finance team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment while nurturing professional growth and development.
  • Fostering innovation within the IT department. Drive digital and technological transformations that can improve the company’s operations and financial performance.

  
We would expect your experience to be underpinned by an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field and that you are CPA or CA qualified.  A post-graduate qualification such as an MBA or Masters in Finance/Accounting would be desirable.
