Reporting to the Business Development Manager, this role will manage relationships with organisations who are already engaged with our Programs, as well as identify and cultivate new business opportunities, establish strong relationships with clients.

The Business Development Specialist will display a passion and understanding of leadership development practices and and strive to grow our leadership development enrolments. You will be able to identify and pursue business development opportunities as well as foster and maintain successful partnerships. This role will conduct market analysis, develop business proposals, customise solutions, contract negotiations and finalisation as well reporting.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred),
  • Proven track record in business development, preferably in leadership development or organizational consulting,
  • Good understanding of leadership development principles and practices,
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills,
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships,
  • You have a results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets,
  • Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills,
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools,
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders,
  • You are highly organised, have excellent attention to detail and analytical skills,
  • A positive team player with a hands-on approach,
  • Strong alignment to Chief Executive Women’s values, mission, vision, style and culture.
