The Salesforce Functional Manager (Fundraising) is a newly created role that will embed and maximise the Salesforce CRM and embrace change and influence implementation across the RMHC system. The focus will be on improving the adoption and utilisation of Salesforce within the fundraising function of RMHC. This role will work closely with RMHC Chapters’ fundraising stakeholders, to identify, learn and embed best practice usage. You will also identify their requirements to achieve targets and strategies.
Reporting to the GM Strategy & Governance, and with one direct report, you will need to be adaptable, influential and strategic in this fast-paced, exciting role. Working closely with the Data Insights Partner, users, IT Team and Executive Team, you will drive and deliver key outcomes that ensure the Salesforce platform meets the fundraising needs of the organisation, and is aligned with the overall strategy and objectives. You will spend time at RMHC Chapters to identify tools, implementation support or data analysis required, to improve adoption of fundraising practices that utilize Salesforce to achieve local fundraising strategies. This role will then liaise with IT team members who will provide assistance with technical design, solution development, testing and documentation to drive and deliver key outcomes.
You possess a high degree of emotional intelligence and have the ability to build relationships with RMHC Chapters and stakeholders. You will be able to present to Chapter team members and leaders and engage, advise, provide strategic guidance and communicate in a way that is influential, understandable and drives enthusiasm and action.
ABOUT YOU:
- Relevant degree or work experience, together with hands-on and strategic fundraising experience,
- Certification in Salesforce along with extensive implementation experience,
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365,
- Exceptional ability to engage, collaborate with and manage a variety of stakeholders and relationships,
- Adaptable in your communication style to address diverse audiences,
- Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to successfully drive change,
- Superior written and verbal communication skills,
- Experience working in a fast-paced, complex environment with multiple stakeholders and demands,
- You have an analytical mindset, high attention to detail and are a problem-solver with exceptional influencing and negotiation
skills, - Experience in a federated organisational structure and project management methodologies are desirable,

The RMHC Australia Office is located in Thornleigh, NSW. The location of this role is flexible and can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane (or other areas of Australia). Inter and intra state travel will be required.
