Hello Sunday Morning is an innovative digital health not-for-profit, pioneering a new approach to help people change their relationship with alcohol. Their Daybreak program offers clients professional, data-enabled, human health coaching, robust peer support, an engaging and interactive health curriculum, and smart technology to monitor and enhance their progress. Reporting to the COO, the Partnerships & Development Manager will join a dynamic and growing team making a big impact on their community and stakeholders. They will lead income generation pathways and partnership activities to support strategy and drive long-term sustainability, including Government, Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropic streams. This role will develop and deliver a comprehensive income generation strategy to create a diverse business development portfolio. The role will also proactively identify key trust and foundations and corporate partners to support the work. This role will develop and maintain strong relationships with funders, supporters, networks and stakeholders, being able to present and pitch with key messaging and compelling impact. The role will achieve funding targets and reporting requirements to demonstrate results.

You will be highly-motivated and passionate, with an entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, and great leadership and relationship-building skills. You will understand the interplay between commercial and funding and think creatively to drive fundraising outcomes through strong relationships, inspiring communications and campaigns. You will be a big picture thinker with excellent organisational and time/project management skills.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships management or similar leadership level position,
  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients and partners,
  • Excellent business development, income generation and corporate partnership skills,
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, including compelling presentations and proposals,
  • Ability to build and foster strategic relationships,
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of the business and stakeholders,
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial or budgeting processes,
  • A strategic mindset, entrepreneurial and creative thinking, with excellent organisational and leadership skills,
  • You are able to multi-task and prioritise work, problem solve, are keen to learn and improve and work
    collaboratively in a dynamic team environment,
  • Believe in the impact of preventative mental health and support Hello Sunday Morning’s mission.
