Australian Eggs is a member owned not-for-profit company providing marketing, research and development services for the benefit of Australian egg farmers. Working together with the egg industry and the Australian Government, Australian Eggs strives to deliver value to industry and the public by investing in programs that increase consumption and ensure industry sustainability.
Australian Eggs programs focus on farming practices to improve the environmental sustainability and viability of egg farmers, and marketing to share the extraordinary benefits of eggs improving the health and nutrition outcomes for the community.

The Role
Reporting into the operations manager this significant role will be the hub for the office. You will be a natural born organiser and be meticulous yet thorough in your tasks, providing administrative support to the wider organisation and the managing director on an as needs basis.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Finance – accounts payables & receivables functions
- Director of first impressions – managing the front desk and directing calls
- EA support including coordinating travel requirements
- Reporting – contributing to the generation of board reports and other tasks as requested
Skills Required
You will be highly influential and thrive on being the glue between the operational team and management. Engaging, positive and flexible, you’re a self-starter who can hit the ground running and also has the emotional intelligence required to work at the c-suite level. You will be nurturing and a good mentor to all staff but also have a solid understanding of deadlines and open communication.
