About the role

You’re a fundraising or philanthropy professional with five or more years’ experience in a similar role. You’ll play a crucial role in driving growth and securing funding to support our initiatives.

Working closely with the CEO and Head of Communications, you will manage and build a portfolio of multi-year, high value partners. You’ll manage existing donor and grant relationships, and establish new relationships with individual donors and grant programs through new business development activity and by developing existing leads. You will create added value through establishing a bequest program and growing our core regular donors.

The successful candidate will have a proven background in donor management, including individual high net worth donations of $50K and over. You will be results driven and hands on. This role is an opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and work to support climate solutions. It will require occasional interstate travel.

You want to tackle the world’s biggest challenges. You’re passionate and optimistic about climate action, and excited by the opportunity to turn Australia into a renewable energy superpower and a clean manufacturing powerhouse. You are an outstanding collaborator with excellent teamwork skills.

We’d love to hear about the unique contributions that you can bring, and encourage applications from First Nations people, those who are culturally and linguistically diverse, people who have a disability, and other diverse backgrounds.
