About the role
The organization is looking for an organized and experienced Finance Manager with high-level financial management skills to achieve effective management and delivery of Hope Street’s finance systems and fundings.
Reporting to and working closely with the CEO, you will form part of the Executive team. You will provide leadership and direction to an experienced Payroll and Finance Officer.
In this role you will provide clear, accurate and timely advice on financial matters to the CEO and the Board. You will produce financial reports and data analysis and maintain the integrity of the financial systems.
As the Finance Manager you will have high-level organizational and communication skills with great attention to detail achieving compliance of legislation and industry standards.
ABOUT YOU
- You are a finance professional with an Accounting Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience preferably gained in a NFP environment.
- You have a strong understanding of MYOB, payroll processing, award and statutory compliance and auditing processes.
- Familiarity with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award (SCHCADS Award) is desirable.
- Hands on experience with Microsoft products including Teams and SharePoint.
