Part of our work includes engaging with and providing ongoing support to all of our generous donors, from community organisations and corporate partners through to individuals from all parts of our community.

About the role

The Corporate Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for account management and nurturing of existing relationships to meet or exceed budget targets. They will manage a portfolio of business partners and identify opportunities for deeper engagement to drive income and engagement growth.

The role will also lead the staff engagement program including workplace giving to expand fundraising growth and be responsible for conducting research to identify potential partnership opportunities.

Tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Ensure all partnership benefits and contracted obligations are delivered and fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Oversee the Corporate Partnerships calendar of activity and stakeholder inclusions in newsletters and other communications
  • Develop and implement the partnership stewardship and engagement programs to ensure long term income support through multi-year partnerships
  • Work with the communications team to develop story-telling content for partner activations and social media usage
  • Deliver and report to partners on a regular basis, including providing quarterly and annual impact reports as required
  • Implement the workplace giving program including all communication and program materials. Work closely with organisations and workplace giving platform providers to increase income to the program
  • Monitor partner activities and provide desktop research support in industry trends, growth opportunities and prospect identification

Skills and experience required:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Communications, Fundraising. Marketing or PR (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience working in account management, partnerships, fundraising, marketing or events
  • Prior experience that demonstrates an understanding of not-for-profit sector drivers and communications
  • Knowledge of marketing and fundraising trends within the corporate sector

This is a permanent full-time position based out of our Richmond office with flexible hybrid working conditions. A competitive salary is offered with benefits including salary packaging.
