THE ROLE
Are you a natural when it comes to building and maintaining lasting client relationships through business development, with a values and solution focussed approach?
This is a full time role, and reports to our Head of Sales. Working across both our Notting Hill and Hallam Sites.
This role focusses on account management, and portfolio growth of existing and new accounts. The Business Solutions Partner will be responsible for growing our businesses through existing customers, and generating new leads underpinned by a strategic approach to business development.
The ideal candidate will proactively coordinate all aspects of the sales process and will be responsible for building sales in new areas and partnering with like minded organisations that understand our value.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- To work in line with our company values of Recognition, Easy to do business with, Service, Positivity, Excellence, Collaboration, Trust.
- To develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue across all WSE locations and business units within an agreed set of target markets and clients. Maximising growth from portfolio of clients.
- Lead all aspects of the sales process for target markets and clients, while calling upon other company sales resources to assist in the development, delivery, and implementation as needed or as directed by the Head of Sales.
- Present high quality, accurate and timely quotations and proposals to clients and prospects
- Utilising proven business development techniques to research and qualify new potential customers in the agreed target markets.
- Successfully convert potential customers into customers through a thorough understanding of the customers business and through the provision of successful, competitive quotations for work.
- Support the Head of Sales and Executive Business Manager in the development of the strategic sales plans.
- Promote and deliver excellent customer service. Maximise customer service ratings by effectively managing customers’ expectations and satisfaction.
- Ensure that through effective communication at all levels, customer requirements are met from quotation, to order, production and to delivery.
- Support the Head of Sales with identification of market trends and make forecasts to predict business direction.
- Developing an appropriate Business and Action Plan to achieve your individual Sales KPI’s & Goals including a Gantt Chart (or other appropriate planning tool) with expected Time Frames of achievements to be complete.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum two (2) years in a similar role
- Certificate IV or equivalent experience in Business
- Customer Service Orientation
- Solution Focused and skilled in utilising Waverley’s Unique Selling Points.
