About the role

The Eastern Health Foundation has a goal to ensure they provide patients and their families with the best possible care and outcomes.

As the Administration and Accounts Coordinator you understand the importance of providing excellent service and care to all supporters of the Eastern Health Foundation. You are primarily responsible for all donation data entry, processing, record keeping, banking and receipting associated with income/donations received by the Eastern Health Foundation.

You will provide a key service working with all members of the team, and reporting to the Head of Donor Engagement.

About you 

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in the operation and maintenance of donor databases (Salesforce preferred).
  • Experience and proficiency in database maintenance, housekeeping, accounts receivable and reconciliation functions.
  • Excellent organisational, administrative and general accounting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with all donors and stakeholders.
  • Accurate, fast and proficient keyboard and data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment (preferably in a fundraising team and/or customer focused environment).
  • Ability to work under pressure, remain focused and work autonomously at times.
  • Ability to problem solve in complex situations.
  • Ability to embrace and support change.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (word, excel).
