This 60-minute complimentary session, presented by NAB and the Centre for Social Impact, will unpack how their ground-breaking research provides a deeper understanding of people’s financial situations.

In this session you will learn:

  • About the challenges to existing financial exclusion research.
  • How financial resilience differs from financial exclusion.
  • How financially resilient Australians are, and where resources should be invested to best increase people’s ability to cope with financial adversity.
  • About the research methodology behind the results.

This session will be best suited for those with some knowledge of financial resilience and are in senior management positions within their organisations.
