Richard Evans is the Managing Director of Talent Nation. Having commenced his career in forestry, he moved to the UK and developed the Civil Engineering & Water division within the Central London office of one of the UK’s leading recruitment companies. Back in Melbourne he worked for several years in finance and human capital management, establishing the largest outsourced recruitment function in Australia, before specialising in Environment and Sustainability recruitment.
