Republic of Everyone is a leading brand and sustainability company. We seek out companies, brands and NGOs who seek to lead the change. We believe those who create a better world should benefit from it. This means companies that do the right thing leave the old ones behind, and people who fight for what’s good for ‘we’ over what’s good for ‘me’ are the new heroes.
We can help you structure your efforts so you create more impact with less effort. We can make sure that what you’re doing creates a heck of a story. Then tell it.
We’re optimistic and idealistic. We’re also business wise. We do it because we believe in it. We do it because it’s fun. We’re Republic of Everyone.
Leadership Team
We work with Charities & NGOs to get more donors, a bigger share of voice and more impact. We help define their brand story, create fundraising ideas and platforms and draw people to their cause.

We are a member of the Shared Value Project
We are a member of the UN Global Compact Network Australia
Environment
As Australia’s leading Sustainability agency, we believe we have to practice what we preach. As such we are dedicated to the following policies, commitments and strategies for continual improvement.
Our environmental policy consists of the following pillars: Energy, Waste, Transport and Procurement.
Energy
We are committed to being a carbon neutral business.
What we do:
- We measure and then carbon offset all our scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions every year. This means that everything from our computers, travel to and from work as well as wast disposal are offset.
- We also buy 100% Green Power.
- We actively discourage the use of air-conditioning in favour of natural heating and cooling – opening windows and turning on fans in the summer, rugging up in the winter.
Waste
We aim to conserve resources and reduce the amount of items reaching landfill through recycling, reuse and repair.
What we do:
- We are big on recycling in the office. We recycling everything we can, where we can.
- We use Veolia – one of Australia’s largest providers of sustainable and innovative waste and recovery solutions – for our waste management and recycling services.
- We’ve got an office espresso machine, so our staff (and clients) don’t need to get take-away coffees in take-away cups. For those who haven’t channelled their inner barista yet, we provide keep-cups so they can still get their coffee hit from their favourite coffee shop without adding to landfill.
- Plastic water bottles are not allowed in the office. We provide re-usable water bottles to all staff members, as well as re-usable take-away containers.
Transport
We are committed to reduce our carbon footprint as a company by using environmentally friendly modes of transport.
What we do:
- Bike riding:
We encourage bike riding. We not only encourage bike riding but we’ve made it easy and convenient for our staff (and clients) to use bikes. We’ve kitted out the office with bike racks, a shower for when they get to the office after a bike ride, a wardrobe and towel drawer that saves carrying their clothes backward and forward.
In addition to that, the company pays for everyone’s bike service and gets a mobile mechanic in every few months.
- Public Transport:
The ROE office is 50m from Central Station. We use public transport to and from our client meetings. We have office Opal cards for all work trips.
Procurement
We are committed to procure second-hand/recycled furniture and other office supplies where we can. We work with suppliers who have taken steps to minimise their environmental impacts.
What we do:
- We only use sustainable and ethical printers and our main printer is EnviroPrint – an award winning sustainable printing company. EnviroPrint Australia ensures that papers purchased for use are at a minimum ISO14001 Environmentally Accredited, and will not knowingly purchase papers that originate in endangered forest regions. Carbon neutral papers or those endorsed by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) will be given preference wherever possible.
- We make sure all our office supplies are sourced from sustainable companies where possible: e.g. toilet paper from Green Life and recycled printing paper.
- Our office is built from almost 100% reused materials. E.g. all our light fixtures are either second hand or from recycled materials such as recycled shipping palettes.
