National accounting firm, HLB Mann Judd, has for the second year in a row been named “Best Accountancy Firm (revenue between $50 million and $500 million)” in the 2014 BRW Client Choice Awards.
The company was also a finalist in six other categories including Best Provider to the Government and Community Sector.
HLB Mann Judd believes that the award is a testament to the long-standing focus on providing the best client service by all firms in the association.
“The Client Choice Awards are unique in that, unlike most other awards programs, they are not based on carefully constructed submissions from firms designed to highlight their best – and hide the worst aspects of their performance,” HLB Mann Judd Australasian Association Chairman Tony Fittler said.
“Rather the Client Choice Awards are judged on the basis of feedback provided directly and independently by clients who have used the firms in the last 12 months.
“We are delighted to have won an award that is based on client feedback.
“Our aim is to be the most highly regarded mid-tier accounting firm in Australasia, and we will only achieve this through the support and advocacy of our clients.
“Being nominated in seven categories, and winning the best accountancy firm award, is evidence that our clients are aware of our commitment to excellence, and appreciate the good work being done by the HLB Mann Judd firms throughout Australasia.”
The BRW Client Choice Awards are the most prestigious awards for professional service firms in Australia determined by the views of people who matter most: the clients.
In November each year, Beaton Research & Consulting surveys clients of professional service firms to seek their views on their recent client service experience. These views are what determine the winners and finalists.
The Awards are open to professional service firms within Accounting, Engineering, Law and Management Consulting who pride themselves on client service and are looking for a way to differentiate from competitors. Now in its eleventh year, the Awards offer winners and finalists the kind of publicity most firms only dream of.
