Leading Change in Not for Profit Organisations

Executive Director of the US-based Nonprofit Technology Network, Holly Ross will be sharing her insights on technology trends and leading organisations through change in the Not for Profit sector at the upcoming Connecting Up 2011 Conference.
Holly Ross is the Executive Director of the Nonprofit Technology Network, a US-based membership organisation of Not for Profit technology professionals which organises the annual US Nonprofit Technology Conference (NTC).
Ross will deliver the conference’s opening keynote address on Leading Change in Not for Profit Organisations – what it means for an organisation to make the right decisions when it comes to investing in technology.
In her session, Holly will be talking about four important trends in the sector, what kind of technology is needed to respond to them, and how to lead an organisation through the change.
Ross has spent more than seven years at NTEN, combing through technology fads and listening to the NTEN community to line up webinars, conferences, and research to help NTEN members use technology to make the world a better place.
Ross will also be taking part in a panel discussion on key issues facing the sector, co-facilitating a post-conference workshop with Allen ‘Gunner’ Gunn on Technology Leadership for the (Sustainable) Win on June 3
NTEN believes that technology allows Not for Profit organisations to work with greater social impact, and works to enable its members to strategically use technology to make the world a better, just, and equitable place.
Ross is also the editor of “Managing Technology to Meet Your Mission: A Strategic Guide for Nonprofit Leaders”.
