The Listening Project
17 March 2010 at 3:01 pm
Australian Not for Profits are being invited to share their perspectives on the sector as part of the Listening Project by Connecting Up Australia.
The “Listening Project” is a national research project studying the needs and priorities of community organisations in Australia.
Connecting Up Australia provides a number of free support and information services to the community organisation sector across Australia including the well known DonorTec program.
Connecting Up CEO Doug Jacquier says this research aims to build understanding around the sorts of challenges faced by Not for Profit and community organisations operationally and strategically and what support is available and needed.
Jacquier says it is known that new small businesses can get support or incubation services but where do Not for Profits get assistance?
He says the research findings will be published and shared with the sector.
