Money for Milk!

It may be that the milk price war that has followed the recent dairy industry deregulation is really boiling over or one dairy company is just showing its corporate philanthropy in a very public way.
Whatever the reason, some 2620 schools, hospitals and other Not for Profits have so far registered in Victoria and Southern NSW for the Pauls Collect-a-Cap fundraising promotion.
Pauls will give ten cents for every milk cap collected from its range of two, three and four litre bottles of full cream milk to the registered Not for Profits.
The promotional information says Pauls plans to give away $2.5 million dollars in the Collect-a-Cap fundraiser over the next twelve months. Pauls will even collect the caps for free from various sites in both states.
A customer advisor told Pro Bono Australia the promotion is meant to be simple and easy to do, especially for school children wanting to raise funds for their communities.
