Pro Bono Australia’s pilot scheme to set up a Skilled Volunteer Matching Program initially in Victoria with members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants has received an enormous response.

Dozens of members of the Institute’s Young Professionals Committee have now registered for the Program and have offered to volunteer in a wide range of areas, from giving free hours per week using their accounting and financial skills to taking part in mentoring schemes and one-off project work.

By now many Victorian Not for Profit CEOs will have received information on how to become part of the Skilled Volunteer Matching Program.

Pro Bono Australia have now begun to match these skilled volunteers with Not for Profit organisations.
