Our Watch is a national leader in the primary prevention of violence against women and their children. Their vision is an Australia where women and their children live free from all forms of violence. They work to embed gender equality and prevent violence where Australians live, learn, work, and socialise.
- Develop and operationalise an Our Watch capability framework
- Design, develop and deliver engaging training programs and other learning activities
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify learning goals and objectives and deliver effective solutions including working with external partners
- Own the Our Watch employee induction experience
- Manage central training budget and specialised learning funds
- Other organisational development projects and initiatives as required
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications of relevance, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with a range of stakeholders, and communicating and engaging with diverse groups
- Demonstrated ability to support effective leadership and management coaching.
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and behaviour to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in a culturally respectful way, or the capacity to develop these
