The Role
Reporting to the Head of Brand and Marketing, you will be responsible for projects and marketing activities across the organisation related to the engagement and giving portfolio. You will manage brand, marketing and project calendars and coordinate, measure and track activities to report on strategic fit and effectiveness of campaigns.
Additionally, you will:
- Manage merchandise and promotional stock levels and production
- Work with project owners to coordinate tasks and briefing documents for projects
- Champion the project management system and provide support and training to staff
- Co-ordinate ad-hoc promotional and marketing activities and collateral
- Develop and maintain internal cross-functional relationships

Skills Required
You have experience working in marketing or a related field, with efficient time management and strong stakeholder engagement skills. You are comfortable working on time-critical activities and have a flair for critical thinking and sourcing solutions.
Your experience also includes:
- Coordinating end-to-end campaigns or projects on time and to budget
- Creation of communication and marketing pieces for internal and external stakeholders
- Navigation of computer and database systems and supporting others in their use
- Organisation of marketing and promotional materials with external suppliers
- Reporting on campaign progress and outcomes
