Time required : Meetings held bi-monthly via TEAMS. Meetings can be up to 3 hours. Between meeting connections for 1 hour per month and some email contact also required.

About the role
The Director is primarily responsible for:
- Providing strategic direction and organisational performance in line with IMPACT’s Vision, Mission and Values.
- Contributing to the collective wisdom of the board to enhance decision making.
- Sharing contracts and linkages to enhance future opportunities.
- Participating in meetings and committees.
- Monitoring the operational and financial position and performance of the organisation.
- Understanding organisational policies, procedures and relevant legislative standards.
- Identifying organisational risks and ensuring appropriate controls are implemented.
- Promoting IMPACT Community Service to the community and stakeholders.

We support people who are vulnerable, unemployed or who feel disconnected. We help them to reconnect to social and economic networks, enabling them to realise their potential.
