The Pro Bono Salary Survey is Australia’s most comprehensive remuneration report for the not-for-profit sector
Not-for-profit employees and HR professionals are being encouraged to take part in this year’s Pro Bono Salary Survey.
Now in its 10th year, the Salary Survey is the most comprehensive remuneration report for the not-for-profit sector, helping those across the sector to understand the current benchmarks and how remuneration and incentives for not-for-profit employees have evolved over the past year.
This year, Pro Bono Australia is partnering with PwC to collate and analyse the results, with a final report to be released in May offering a deep-dive into the findings.
Pro Bono Australia founder and CEO Karen Mahlab AM said over the past decade the annual report had become a part of the social sector infrastructure that many depended on, providing critical information to guide boards, management and individuals.
“We are very proud that the Salary Survey has become the largest and most trusted remuneration resource in the sector. We see real value in the information we are able to provide those working across this vital sector,” Mahlab said.
“Whether you are an employee wanting to know if you are being paid fairly, or you are a leader wanting to pay your staff fairly, the Salary Survey can help.
“We are very grateful to all those who trust us with their salary information and take the time to participate to help us make the survey so effective. The Salary Survey helps resource Pro Bono Australia which allows us to provide other services such as our news at no cost to the sector.”
Each year, Pro Bono Australia surveys thousands of leaders within the social sector to create the largest report of its kind.
All individual information collected in the survey will remain confidential. Contribution takes as little as 10 to 15 minutes.
Individuals who participate in the survey will have access to 50 per cent off the report price upon its release in May, and will also go into the draw to have $500 donated to a charity of their choice.
Meanwhile, HR professionals are being encouraged to fill out the bulk-upload spreadsheet on behalf of their organisations and submit it to surveys@probonoaustralia.com.au.
