The H-ELP Foundation is returning to their existing programs in India this October and then continuing on-to Thailand and Burma to commence two new programs and begin the next stage of their acclaimed work in the humane and evidence based training of working elephants.
You are invited to attend our 2016 fundraiser where Eureka Prize for Science recipient, Dr Andrew McLean will share some of his truly adventurous experiences along with his motivations, ambitions and the successes he’s had since founding H-ELP in 2010. There will also be discussion over drinks and hors d’oeuvres around our upcoming workshops in October/November 2016 where we will be commencing two new programs in Thailand and Myanmar. These programs are partnered with local organisations so that the learnings are remembered and employed between workshops and constantly improve the welfare of the working elephants.
