About the organisation
National Affordable Housing Consortium (NAHC) is a not-for-profit social value enterprise established in 2008 in response to the increasing need for more affordable housing options in Australia. With a strong voice in affordable housing, working with the property industry, financiers, community partners and governments, their goal is to increase affordable housing supply to meet community needs, achieve a balance in commercial, social, and environmental outcomes, and act as a catalyst for housing innovation and integrated communities. Working with some of Australia’s leading development companies, National Affordable Housing has delivered over 3,500 units across three states over the past eight years since the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS) began, representing 10% of the Program. NAHC is also focused on delivering exciting new housing projects in Victoria and Queensland and are working on future opportunities.
About the role
