We’re looking for a professional Administration and Data Officer with relevant experience to make a difference on a 12 month contract.

You will work 22.8 hours per week over 3 or 4 days per week based in Fitzroy.

THE ROLE

This role is responsible for operations support to the program’s activities in a range of data, reporting, financial and resource administration. This position will act as the first point of contact for callers and visitors to the Connie Benn Centre, providing a positive, professional, and welcoming environment. This position will work closely with the team and the Program Manager to ensure the office is operating efficiently. This role will support Occupational, Health and Safety (OHS) requirements, liaising with partners and stakeholders, and room booking management. The data entry responsibilities will require accurate data entry, support to staff in using the system, and reporting as required.

  • Maintain accurate records of financial expenditure in the program including invoicing, budget support, and purchase processes.
  • Ensure program materials are sourced, up to date and available to the team for distribution. 
  • Maintain accurate and timely data entry and documentation into relevant systems as required by the program and directed by the Program Manager. 

 

Salary will be $69,280.93 pro rata per annum, based on skills and experience plus superannuation.

To be considered for the role and be successful in it, we’re looking for someone who has the following key skills and experiences:

  • Qualifications in Office or Business Administration.
  • Demonstrated expertise and competence in Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Excel and Outlook, SharePoint, Adobe
  • Demonstrated experience in the successful provision of a broad range of administration duties within an office environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in Community Services, Not for Profit organisations, and children’s services.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and proof-reading documents.
