We are a NDIS Provider that currently supports over 330 people living with disabilities across our 2 sites, Notting Hill and Hallam. We specialise in packaging, assembly, warehouse, woodwork, gardening, and catering employment opportunities to our large client base.

About the role

THE ROLE

The purpose of this position is to support the Executive Business and development Manager in developing, implementing and measuring marketing strategies and activities to align to the vision, mission and strategic objectives of the business.

Initially, a stand-alone role, the Marketing Specialist will be a hands-on team player capable of delivering at a tactical level. Over the initial 12 – 24 months the Marketing Team will grow providing an opportunity for promotion to Head of Marketing and responsibility for building, managing and leading a team to execute on the marketing strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the organization’s overall business objectives and target audience.
  • Lead and deliver strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, utilising Net Promoter Score (NPS) methodology
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales and product/service development initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Develop and implement brand strategies to establish and maintain a strong brand presence in the market.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, drive website traffic and enquiries.
  • Plan and coordinate the organization’s participation in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communications plan to effectively reach both internal and external stakeholders across our customer groups•
  • Create and manage the production of engaging content, including press releases, newsletters, blog posts, and other marketing materials.
  • Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and external vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality materials.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA would be an advantage.
  • Proven experience in a similar marketing role, with a focus on social media, communications, trade events, and marketing collateral (minimum 5 years).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, social media analytics, and content management systems.
  • Experience working with Net Promoter Score (NPS) methodology and leveraging it to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences.
  • Strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., social media management platforms, email marketing software, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
